Therapeutic Integrated Massage  or Mana Lomi

Perinatal Massage (Prenatal or post-natal). Most prenatal massages are executed in side-lying positions supported with Oakworks cushions. Post-natal are executed with prone cushions which give support and comfort for breasts and belly.

Round Belly Massage and Reflexology

Traditionally reflexology is given to the feet. I work on the feet, hands, ears and face. I use integrated techniques such as structural, Manzanares method, meridian, and more. I also do combinations with Qigong Meridian Therapy.

Reflexology : Foot, Hand, Ear or Face

Deep work addressing the lower leg and tension sites in the feet that contribute to many foot issues such as bunions and plantar fasciitis.  Please visit the Structural Reflexology© page to learn more. First session must be a 90 min session.

Structural Reflexology®

Executed fully clothed. Special hand and arm techniques applied to meridian flows. Focus is on clearing stagnation and stimulating Qi flow. Can be combined with reflexology. 90 min session is half QMT and half reflexology.

Qigong Meridian Therapy

Essential Oils applied to the feet and dropped along the spine with specific massage techniques. (Carrier oil will be used.) Good for alignment of spine, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory,supports immune system, relaxes muscles, curbs digestive discomfort, balances energy, lifts spirit, restores calm and increases ability to concentrate.
Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress,Intergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint, Valor and Aroma Siez. Other oils may be added or used instead of oils listed. Carrier oil will be used.

Raindrop Massage

Essential Oils applied to the feet , completed with a session of reflexology. Oils then dropped along the spine with specific massage techniques. (Carrier oil will be used.) Good for alignment of spine, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory,supports immune system, relaxes muscles, curbs digestive discomfort, balances energy, lifts spirit, restores calm and increases ability to concentrate.

Raindrop Massage with Reflexology

The recipient of Medical Qigong is a willing participant who is ready for a personalized healing journey.  Qi, or lifeforce, is channeled by the practitioner through the hands to the areas of stagnation and deficiency.  Light touch may be applied and Qigong movements or postures may be given.
